Due to the personalized nature of our treatments and the regulations surrounding prescription medications, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been processed. This includes all medication, supplements, and wellness products provided through Health Haus.

That said, your satisfaction and safety are extremely important to us. If you believe there has been an error with your order, or if you experience any issues with your treatment, please contact our support team right away. We’ll work with you to find the best possible solution.

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, and in rare circumstances—such as an error in dispensing, duplicate charges, or non-fulfillment—we may issue a refund or account credit at our sole discretion.
